to EEP with the Very Wee Team what kind of reaction will he get from Pars fans?

Any boos, cheers, ignored?

Boo'ed as he is manager of Cowden, if he was manager of of some randon team I don't consider derby opponents I would probably clap him.

Raith, Falkirk, Airdrie and Cowdenbeath their combined historical achievements are forever in our shadow.

Good luck to him.....He knows what he's doing.

I'm more concerned that last time he turned up with a team (Rovers) they were well organised & disciplined & they won! I expect that Cowden will be hard to break down & beat this season.

Cardle & Mason.......!

Polite golf clap in recognition as a decent ex-player / acting manager / assistant manager ... that is all.

a lot will probably depend on whether Calderwood has a job before then as you wont have to bother giving him any sort of reception as he will be off to join him as assistant.

He deserves a warm welcome. You never know, he may have eyes on the Pars for a future management role and he may turn out to be a top manager in his own right so insulting the guy could be shooting yourself in the foot!

Never did anything wrong when with us,helped give us plenty of good times during his spells here and for that reason i wont be hurling any abuse in his direction. However due to his choice of club to manage now the applause shall be moderate.

like I said, he may have eyes on the Pars for a future job and managing our B team brings him closer to Dunfermline. He may be waiting in the wings for when JM wins us promotion, the Scottish cup and then moves on as assistant manager at Celtic leaving the door open for Jimmy Nick.

I really don't understand why he spent so may years as Tango Man's biatch. He'd already won the League cup with the Wee Team and taken then into Europe. What did he get out of that arrangement when he could have been a manager in his own right.

parsmania - he got a very, very rough time when he was Millwall manager and things started to go wrong, i remember him saying at the time that it put him off managing again for a long time as his family got a rough time as well i believe.

People always talk about Ronaldinho and magic, but I didn't see him today - I saw Henrik Larsson. That's where the magic was

I'd forgotten about the TafkaSP. I can imagine that would have put anyone off, although it did seem an unlikely choice of club at the time. Did he not also turn down the Northern Ireland job as well.

Great guy and I will clap him before the game but as the whistle blows it turns to game time and it will be a different matter.
